HOW TO MAKE SWEET AND SOUR SNAPPER



Ingredients: 

1) 500 g Red Snapper.
2) 2 pieces of lemon, take the water.
3) Cooking Oil
4) 300 g Sago

Marinade Seasoning : 
1) 3 cloves of garlic, mashed
2) 1/4 teaspoon salt
3) 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
4) 1/4 teaspoon seasoning
5) 1 egg, beaten off

Sweet and Sour sauce
Sweet and sour snapper fill material:
1) 50 grams of sliced ​​pineapple
2) 5 pieces of red chili, sliced ​​like matchsticks
3) 1 carrot, sliced ​​like matchsticks
4) 1 leek, sliced ​​like matchsticks

Seasoning:
1) 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2) 30 gr onions, sliced ​​lengthwise
3) 100 ml of water
4) 100 ml tomato sauce
5) 30 ml chilli sauce
6) 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
7) 2 tablespoons vinegar
8) 1 tablespoon corn, thawed

Step:
1) Fried snapper with flour

2) Clean the fish. Separate the meat from the bones (fillet). Cut according to taste. Set aside. Sprinkle with       lemon juice. Let stand for 5 minutes, rinse with water. Set aside.

5) Prepare the pan. Heat the oil. Fried snapper pieces that have been covered with ripe corn until golden browned. Remove and drain.

How To Make The Sauce :

1) Prepare the pan. Heat the oil. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
2) Add water and boil until boiling.
3) Put the ingredients except the sliced ​​leeks content and sago. Stir well. , Cook until the vegetable material                            wilted 
4) Enter the sliced ​​leeks.
5) Thicken the sauce with sago liquid. Stir well. Lift.
6) Enter the green chili / pepper pieces. Cook until wilted.
7) Add remaining ingredients Seasoning B. stir well.
8) Put the piece of fish that was fried. Stir well so that the flavors mingle. Lift.

How To Serve : 
1) Prepare a plate of food. Put the  fried snapper with sweet and sour sauce.
2) Serve while hot.
